Car Explosion Test
A small test done with UDK Particle System. Involved the use of Maya for fluid simulation in calculating flipbook textures. Fire is done with hand painted particles, with simple "U" shapes and pumped up glow.
Ink Smoke Effect
Done with UDK Particle System. Involved the use of Maya for fluid simulation in calculating flipbook textures. This is supposed to be attached to some horrible monster, living in the dark and stuff.
WRC3
Done with in-game Particle System. Photoshop for manipulating textures and Maya for some fluid simulation. On this game I had a really strict budget for particle emission and I've to do all the emission from the car with two particle systems and a bunch of 256x256 textures.
